Michele Ivey Frazier is a Nashville native with 35+ years of committed business, service, and leadership experience. Michele’s early career began with esteemed companies such as Genesco, Viacom Cable, InterMedia, and Country Music Television International, which nurtured competencies in customer service, innovative product introductions, sales, and team management. These experiences included pivotal roles in the launch of digital television, cable internet, and the expansion of cable channels. In addition to the corporate work, for 25 years she served as Chief Operating Officer for Rivergate Dental where she led all business matters for a multi-doctor/multidiscipline practice including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations. Michele’s passion for Middle Tennessee includes managing a portfolio of real estate properties for 30+ years. All of this experience has shaped the skill set that she brings to our consulting clients, including Meharry Medical College, Music City Baseball, Ibis Communications, and Nashville Cares. This diverse expertise allows her to adapt and contribute meaningfully across various industries.
Ivey League Investments’ reach also includes a commitment to volunteer work. Michele’s leadership experience ranges from holding current board seats and embracing leadership roles in civic organizations at local, regional,
and national levels, including positions as Chapter President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Program Chair,
and Committee Chair. Her efforts in leading fundraising campaigns, chairing conferences, and building impactful relationships have significantly touched many lives. She has often been recognized for her meaningful contributions.
As a proud Nashville native, she is deeply invested in enriching the community. Her efforts to organically connect individuals have opened doors to transformative experiences, ranging from significant business ventures to educational achievements and home ownership. Through mentoring, community service, and various volunteer commitments, she fosters a spirit of growth and opportunity in her beloved city.
